The Best Life Blueprint: 5 Simple Ways to Create Your Dream Life-Online Course & 1:1 Coaching


This self paced 6 week course is truly special in that you identify what you truly want in life and create a simple and doable plan for how to create that life.

You work at your own pace through the course, taking as long as you need-to create your best life.

You focus on one life changing step each week.

Another incredible piece this course offers is…you receive regular one on one coaching with me for 6 weeks (as you work on each week’s module).

Most self paced programs like this-you complete on your own, without access directly to the course creator or coach.

One-On-One Coaching Plans


The clients I work with have very diverse needs when it comes to creating their dream lives. Some only need to have a few one-on-one sessions and some would like to do more extensive life changing work.

We meet weekly either via Zoom or phone. You can participate in our one-on-one sessions from the comfort of your home, a coffee shop, local park, or wherever you feel most comfortable and at your best.

Whatever plan you choose, make sure you have already met with me for a 1/2 hour Discovery Call where we create your Best Life Blueprint. Your Best Life Blueprint informs the work we’ll do moving forward and the recommended timeline for our work together.

One on One Coaching: The 1 Month Plan

The 1 month plan is four coaching sessions designed for clients who have short term goals that they’re committed to meeting in a short amount of time. You can choose the 1 month plan and renew each month, but it’s not as cost effective as the other plans.

1 Month Plan-$109 per session (4 sessions total)

One on One Coaching: The 3 Month Plan

I recommend to most new clients that you sign up for at least a 3 month plan because that is typically how long it takes to start making sustainable life changes.

This plan is reduced from the one month plan and each 45 minute session is $99 (12 sessions total).

One on One Coaching: The 6 Month Plan

The 6 month plan is the most extensive plan. If your are going through a major life transition and there are great life changes, this is the plan for you. It’s also the best priced plan in terms of value for length of time we work together exclusively.

Each 45 minute session is $89 (24 sessions total).

Two Hour Deep Dive & Reboot Session

If you have worked with me in the past and would like a refresher, the 2 Hour Deep Dive & Reboot Session is just the thing you need. This time will help you check in, refresh, and make any necessary adjustments to your Best Life Blueprint. Because even after you have created your dream life, there are still times where you need a check in and some extra support.

This plan is $250.
